By accessing or using AEO NIUEXA ("the Service"), provided by Niuexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AEO NIUEXA is a web-based tool that analyzes websites for AI Engine Optimization readiness. The Service provides scoring, reports, recommendations, Auto-Fix scripts, AI Visibility checks and AI-generated content.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You can export your data or delete your account at any time in Account settings.
Credits are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once credits are used. Within 14 days of a purchase, you can withdraw from it as long as none of its credits have been used, by contacting support@niuexa.ai. Credits are non-refundable once used.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, the credits that remain from that purchase are removed from your account. If some of them were already used, your account is put on hold, which means no new credits can be spent until the matter is resolved with us.

When you install the Auto-Fix script on your website, it applies fixes in your visitors' browsers and reports which fixes it applied, on which page path, as daily counts. For this visitor data you are the controller and Niuexa acts as your processor. We process it only to run and report on Auto-Fix for you, keep it confidential, use the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy, keep older per-visit records no longer than 90 days, and delete it when you delete your account. You are responsible for informing your visitors and for having a lawful basis for using Auto-Fix on your site.
All content, reports, and analysis generated by the Service are provided for your use. The Service itself, including its algorithms and design, remains the property of Niuexa.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI optimization recommendations will result in specific outcomes in AI engine responses.
Niuexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
