What Things Cost

AEO NIUEXA has no subscription: you buy credits when you need them, and every paid action shows its cost before you start it.

Free: the AI access check, finding your pages, the AI chat, Smart Recommendations, finding content gaps, suggested questions and competitors, and fact checks. The AI features among them have a daily limit per account, and pause until the next day (UTC) if the service's daily AI budget runs out.

How Credits Are Held and Charged

  • Held first. When work starts, its credits are reserved, so two jobs can never spend the same credits. Your available credits are your balance minus what is reserved.
  • Charged for what worked. A scan charges each page when it is saved; a page whose AI content review could not run on our side is free. An AI Visibility check is charged only if at least one engine answered.
  • Released when work stops. If a job fails, or stops reporting progress, its reserved credits are released.

Credit usage (in the account menu) lists every purchase, grant, charge, reservation and release, with search, filters and the balance after each one.

Buying Credits

  1. Choose Buy credits and review a package: every package has the same features, only the number of credits and the price differ. Prices include VAT.
  2. Tick the box to agree to immediate delivery of the credits: you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once credits are used. Then pay with PayPal.
  3. The credits are added as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. When PayPal holds a payment as pending, they are added once it clears.

  • Complimentary credits: new accounts receive 15 credits once the email address is confirmed.
  • Purchase history lists your orders with their package, amount, credits and status.
  • A Credit conversion entry in Credit usage means credits bought at an earlier package size were converted once to the current credit value.
  • Refunds and disputes take back the credits of that purchase that are still available. If some were already spent or reserved, the account is put on hold: it cannot start paid work or buy credits until support resolves it.

Your data

Export my data downloads your account records as JSON. Delete account removes your account and its data; it is refused while a scan runs, credits are reserved or a payment is in progress.

What We Keep

  • Scores, results and reports stay in your account while it is open.
  • The raw page data behind them is kept for the 3 most recent analyses of each page.
  • The full text of AI answers is cleared after 90 days; what was extracted from it (whether you were named, citations, sentiment) stays.
  • The privacy policy lists every retention period.
